I had surgery and needed early check in - staff went out of their way to accommodate and even got me room close to the entry door which really helped.

Staff was prepared to check me in early (manager) and I was not disappointed. I had surgery close by and needed to immediately be checked in so that I could rest. They were extremely understanding and accommodating and I would definitely stay there again when I have my next surgery. ...read more

Room security door plate was missing and would not lock.

We slept with a door we thought was locked but not. Room was never secure the whole time even when we left the room. The door plate on the frame was missing during renovation, maybe the reason the door could not lock. Next night they change our room that smelt badly, we coughed and sneezed that made us sick and did not sleep because of the odor and noise all night. First night stay was clean, nice with no noise. Very clean and overall friendly staff.

They would not give me a receipt for business expense.

Almost everything about the place was perfect. My only complaints were (1) the TV never worked correctly (everything had a red tint to it) and the problem was never repaired before I left.(2) The desk staff refused to give me a receipt She told be to get a receipt "next time book through us directly". ...read more
